Returns policy

Your statutory right to cancel an order by returning goods is regulated by the legislation in force, namely Emergency Ordinance no. 34 / 2014 (OUG 34/2014) on consumer rights in distance contracts. Returns may be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which you took possession of the order, and you must follow the instructions below.

All our products benefit from a commercial guarantee and a conformity guarantee in accordance with legal provisions, and are also subject to our commercial conditions.

You can benefit from this legal right if the conditions stipulated below are met.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers registered on the site https://mega-mag.ro can return the desired products by sending an email to [email protected] specifying the following information:

1. The first name, last name and the email address from which the order was placed
2. The order number (it can be found in the order confirmation email or in the Orders section of the Customer Account).
3. The products (with the specific product code) you wish to return
4. The reason for returning them
5. The address for collecting the parcel
6. The IBAN account for refunding the value of the products

After the request has been registered, an operator will contact the courier to collect the order, and the courier will contact you to collect the product.

Customers who are not registered on the site https://mega-mag.ro must contact us by phone or by email at [email protected] and provide us with the order number and the name under which the order was placed. An operator will register the return request and contact the courier to collect the order.

All products are subject to the return conditions below:

• Products can be returned after you have received the confirmation by email. Returns are shipped by courier only.
• The costs of returning products are borne by the buyer, in the amount of 15 lei, except where the delivered product is defective or incomplete, or where the product is not the one that was ordered.
• If the product is not returned in accordance with the return conditions below, the product will be sent back to the customer, and the customer will then pay the delivery fees for the return trip, in the amount of X lei.

Refunds due for the return are made only by bank transfer to the account you indicated in the Return Form, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we received the product subject to the return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• products being returned must be accompanied by the label
• all products must be returned in the quality condition in which they were received, with all accessories and in the original packaging
• there are categories of products that cannot be returned: products showing signs of wear or use (under OUG 34/2014 you bear responsibility for the reduction in the value of the product – our recommendation is to try products on indoors and without removing the labels) products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons (socks, shorts, swimwear, etc.)
