Is there a fee if I pay by card?

No, card payments are completely free. We do not charge any additional fee for debit or credit card transactions. Transactions are processed securely through Netopia Payments.

How does cash on delivery work?

You pay the value of the parcel when you receive it, directly to the courier. You will receive a cash-on-delivery receipt issued by the courier company, which is fully valid together with the invoice issued by us. Important: we cannot issue another receipt afterwards.

Can I collect my order personally from the shop?

Absolutely! You can order online and collect your order in person from our shop. You will receive the fiscal invoice and the till receipt on the spot, without paying any delivery costs. Payment can be made in cash or by card, at the shop's POS terminal.

Is my card data safe?

Yes, completely. Payments are processed by Netopia Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor (the highest security standard). Mega-Mag never stores your card data. Transactions are protected with 3D Secure.
